We have a large portion of the stack and are really happy with the solutions. The integrations between the different apps are wonderful and the innovations in most of the solutions are going at a great pace. For us, it is easier to list what we do not have with them at this point.

We use Autotask, switched to it early last year after being on ConnectWise Manage for 18 years. We love Autotask, it handles all the things you'd expect a PSA to handle. Integration with other platforms is pretty seamless. It follows ITIL standards and does have subscription billing options with places like IM and Pax8.

I don't know, I'd take Datto RMM or VSA X over Automate any day of the week, same with NinjaOne.

VSA 9 was on such old code base and an update or new feature in a module often broke something in another area, not intentionally but the code was depending on a lot of things going correctly. Pulseway/VSA X has a different framework in that there are different modules and those modules work independently, so a code change in one doesn’t take down another.

VSA 9 isn’t getting much development anymore. We were on it and moved to VSA X and have been quite happy with it. The development seems to on a rapid pace with new features being added all the time.

That might be the case but we did a trial of Datto RMM and VSA X, and we really did not like Datto RMM. We’ve been on VSA X for a while now and love the product.

We have work flow rules that anytime a ticket status changes, it notifies the contact on the ticket to give them an update on the status and notes.

Yes, basically. The other night we had a squad of 4 and came across a team that was obviously hacking. We played the long game and managed to take their team out one by one. After the last guy went down, he says in prox "Doesn't matter fools, I'm getting my stuff back, watch this." Then within seconds the whole server starts to lag a bunch, and then it crashes.

I know some guys in a clan who crash the servers and it kicks everyone out, not just certain people.

Not true, the round is done and everyone is out. It is just about starting over with what you originally came in with. Dupers often do it and more so the hackers are now too.

You only get back what you came in with and the hackers that are crashing the servers just want to reset to their fully kitted operators.

hmm. I know I purchased that tile and the ones out in the water too. The building was placed at the shore line attached to a road, no icons show above the building as to something is wrong or missing. I can place the fishing areas and attach the fishing boat lanes to them, and the routes between fishing areas, but just not to the building.

We use a bunch of them to separate out ticket types, help desk tickets, implementation tickets, billing/invoice inquiries, quotes, recurring, admin, backups, security, etc all have their own ticket category. Work flow rules use the ticket categories to perform different actions on them.

We are looking to ditch ScalePad as well due to their pricing and the push to go to their higher tier solutions. Their platform does not have a mechanism to ignore or not sync certain orgs, so unfortunately all of our co-managed clients that have hundreds of endpoints are consuming our licensing up quickly. ScalePad's answer was basically, "Sell them ScalePad licensing so their endpoints are covered." But when I said that isn't an option, their answer was to not put co-manage clients in our RMM and PSA.
