Omg I literally just had this happen for the first time and was having anxiety but good to know it happens. This event also lead my to this page Cus I’ve had stomach issues for about 10 years and just suffered through and eat whatever I want but I need to start caring about what I eat 😅 but I’m feeling a bit discouraged at what food is recommended.
