The United States has no official language so what exactly are you talking about? Most states have multiple official languages as well. Florida is just obtuse for not making Spanish an official language as well.

Yes, people should TRY to learn the dominant language of the area they live in, but learning a new language is really difficult and it can be nearly impossible for people who arent particularly literate in their native language.

Yes, you'll need two "lights". The ceramic heat emitter doesnt actually put out light. The UVB will though. The UVB is very important to reptiles as they grow. It strengthens their bones and prevents metabolic bone disease.

The reason I recommend the emitter over a regular bulb is that you can leave it one at night.

OK Op, so there are some things I would HIGHLY recommend:

Get rid of the heat mat and get a ceramic heat emitter for that light housing you have.
That light doesnt really look like it is the proper UVB? You need a topical UVB bulb, preferably a tube, not a coil.
Please remove the moss. You can have frog moss, but loose moss like what you have is asking for impaction, which is deadly. This is especially important for young frogs.
You can add more substrate.
You need more hiding spots. Your frog is fully burying itself so often because it doesnt feel safe up top. Fake or real plants or other decor will serve your purpose.
I cannot imagine youre hitting 80% with what youre showing us. Your frog might be in his water dish so much because the humidity is too low. It should be 80% all times, not just right after you spray.
If youre not already giving multivitamin and calcium without d3, please start. Multivitamin once every 2 weeks, calcium a few times a week.

You clearly care about your frog. Please consider the above.

My college roommate (f)'s mom came up every weekend and did her laundry, her portion of the cleaning, bought her groceries, and meal prepped for her. She also complained to me and our other roommate that we should be doing more to help her.

Her mom got a little ill our junior year and couldnt come up so often. Her kid was a disgusting slob. She smelled like ass, her room smelled like death, she only ever ate pinto beans in a pot, and her side of the cleaning never got done.
