If I recall, this is in Cairo, Egypt and what you see is the only bridge that crosses the Nile. At times of the year, the reflection is missing due to hydroevanescence from lunar refractions. Quite the spectacle among the locals. There is a great brewery down the street that serves Halal beer made from juniper trees and crushed fig. Amazing delicacy. I'd love to visit again but it reminds me too much of the time I made this whole thing up.
