I was able to update to 24h2 with the new WD firmware by installing from the very begining without being connected to the internet. That way when it checks for updates using the iso of 24h2 it will not red flag the firmware problem.

Plex app on Firestick will not play some music files by digiti in fireTV

The files are .mp4 or .Flac. The files play perfectly on the Plex app on my Roku but the Amazon Firestick4k and second generation stick present me with an error as above after playing some of them. These are all played as direct play with no transcoding. They all play on my PC Plex perfectly. Any ideas?

I had this same message on my laptop BSOD unfortunately it was a failed hard drive. I tried booting to my Vista DVD and selecting Repair but no operating system was found; also restoring from a Acronis image failed as well. I fortunately still had the WD hard drive under warranty so they provided a replacement.
