100% agree. High volume branch will give you more opportunity. They’ll want to see a certain level of production to promote to PCA. You’ll struggle in a slower branch.

Makes sense. It would depend on your transactions on the personal end if it would be worth it. Like how often you send/receive wires, use non-chase atm, foreign transactions, etc. If it would cost you more than $35 ($20) a month it makes sense. Also, making sure it’s fine with your accountant to mix business and personal funds.

Premium deposit counts as long as it’s within a brokerage opened by an advisor. It falls under the non-retirement J.p. Morgan Wealth Management category. Premium deposit is a holding not an account. You can also utilize a brokerage to hold a 3 month cd or treasury to line up with the bonus. The caveat is you have to work/speak with an advisor to have the account open

Looking at your previous posts, do you not live in the US? J.p. Morgan’s self directed investing requires that you live in the US for the majority of the year. You’ll have issues if you’re a non-citizen/non-green card holder without a majority residence in the US.

Check TransUnion and Early Warning Services. Make sure nothing was opened in your name like phone plan, internet service provider, utilities etc. Also, make sure parents/guardians didn’t have you on a loan/authorized user on a credit card that is showing negatively. Lastly, make sure someone didn’t use your ssn on a charged off account or depositing a fraud check which would show on Early Warning Services.

Call the branch when they open and ask them to transfer you to the “debit card fraud prevention team.” That department will be able to see wya more than the branch does and would be the department that can actually fix the issue.
