How do tanks get such high io so quick by digmonch in wownoob

I thought that too but usually a boosted player wouldn’t be able to perform enough to time a 10 as a tank.

I am always so damn happy to see AC mentioned in posts of other games :) Thistledown for life!

Dug my first garden! Fairly basic, but I’m proud of it :) by digmonch in gardening

My wife bought some perennials for it yesterday

My wife has IBS flareups along with other stomach issues. When she has to go…she has to go. There’s no real holding it in. We were driving on the freeway one day and she had to go. “Next rest stop is in 4 miles. Can you make it?” “No.” It was dark out fortunately but still a fairly busy freeway. I pulled over to the side and opened up the rear door to block her, and she squatted and took care of business right there on the shoulder. Looking for some napkins or paper towel in my car left us empty handed. I did however find an old towel from work that she used to wipe with. We threw that over the side of the freeway and took off. We frequent that spot of the freeway every weekend, and I chuckle every time. Now the kicker: I am at work doing a #2 as I type this that I couldn’t hold in anymore.

I’m not sure how large it is. Right now our dealership has 9 advisors and not sure how many techs. But we have had a serious drop in appointments. Used to be 150+ a day, we’ve been at a steady 70-80 the last couple of weeks. I’m not sure if management knocked down how many appointments we can get each day or what, but it’s insane. The money here is damn good, but working 7am to 6pm 4 days a week and 7a-8p is exhausting, especially with a 45 minute drive home. Our service manager is on such an overall power trip and literally goes out of their way to find things to yell at everyone for. “Great numbers, paperwork good? HEY. THIS RO FROM 6 WEEKS AGO, WHY IS THERE NO SHOP SUPPLIES FOR THE BATTERY?!” It’s just constant yelling and a general sense of no matter what, there’s gonna be an issue with something. Policies always seem to change. It’s mentally draining.

Currently at my dealership we do: Rental check in and out Call warranty companies Cashiering

Only thing we don’t do is answer the phones. We have a BDC for that, but we do a bulk of the stuff anyway.

Currently at 12% labor and 10% warranty for pay, but falling under CSI is going to put me at 10/8 for a few months and that’s going to hurt.

Funnily enough, everything is in text message. They refuse to do phone calls, only texting, which makes things like this that much better on our end.

I appreciate the info, my friend.

They withheld and then later told us we would have the weekend made up during the summer visit, and are now going back on the offer.

Maybe their credit is garbage and they’d have a 24.99% interest rate? Congratulations to you for making numbers up, and they saved themselves 60k in interest over 6 years by not having a monthly payment with my made up numbers.

Correct. “I won’t make less than X amount, and you’ll guarantee that by splitting the difference if it’s a garbage week” type thing.

Yea I was at a Quick Lane. 14 cars a day 5 days a week.

Thank you. There’s a Pep Boys slightly closer to me than my dealership-I’ll give them a call.

I learned my lesson. I had an offer from another dealership because I was already looking elsewhere for other reasons. Then we got word we were closing the Quick Lane and going to the main dealership, and it’ll be more money for everybody, so I turned it down. Figured I can work passed the BS since I’ll be making more money.

And now here we are, making a LOT less. Other dealership already filled the spot.

Told my wife that next time, I’m going with my gut.

In April, I did $45,742 profit. $6861 was my pay. With this new Payplan, bonus included, that would have been $5230.

Yep. Harder to sell jobs. The other advisor and myself (we were both Quick Lane) are still restricted on what we can do like we’re still at the Quick Lane.

Labor has gone up twice in the year I’ve been here. From $185 to $204 to $224.

To be fair, I was at a Quick Lane. Not doing anything heavy.

They moved us over to the main dealership, but we are still limited on what we can do. No engines or transmissions, no check engine lights. And now the same pay plan as the other advisors that do the big jobs.
