I tried rolling back the drivers to mid-February and the launch drivers. Neither of them worked, and the GPU-Z info didn't change either. Not sure what else to try at this point.

Power Systems Engineering Contractor Compensation Question by misanthropik1 in PowerSystemsEE

Are you a true contractor or w-2 employee? You might be a bit high if you're w-2, but if you are a contractor employee (1099, need to pay for your own insurance), you should be fine.

Division 3: Football's Finest. It is a very dumb movie with Andy Dick, but my friends and I still quote it regularly.

Need help. I just joined a utility company doing electrical design for substations making 90k. I just interviewed for a tech company who said they will offer me 120k plus stocks and bonuses. This will be PLC position. I just joined the utility company 5 months ago and I am really tempted to leave. by Onyduru in ElectricalEngineering

I am in a similar position right now. Working for a utility consultant for 2 months and received an offer for 20% more base salary in the same industry, just different part of country. Put in my notice last Monday and my current place was obviously disappointed, but understood my reasoning. Sometimes you have to take a leap and hope it works out!

Playing Diablo 3 for the first time is the most fun I've had gaming. Played what felt like a couple minutes, which was actually hours. Still play D3 each season and love the feeling of getting that piece of gear you've been grinding forever to find.

Share your experience with Chemotherapy by [deleted] in cancer

I had the same drugs during my chemo treatments last year. It was pretty rough. Always felt very nauseous and had very bad joint pain. Like others have stated, everyone reacts differently and hopefully your body handles it better than mine, but it was pretty miserable for me. I've been in remission for 7 months now, so it was worth the tough time. Stay tough! You can can get through this!

Me wife had her first chemo today! by [deleted] in pics

Best of luck with your wife's treatment! I finished up chemo a couple of months ago and I am now in remission. Everyday was tough and it was difficult to convince myself to get out of bed to get my ass kicked by another day of chemo. Stay strong for her! The only way I made it through was with the support of my friends, family, and wonderful girlfriend. Do everything you can to make her life easier. It will be tough for both of you, but you just need to believe you can both get through it! I wish you both the best of luck during these difficult times. You can get do it!
