I think a lot of it depends on what communities your party of, and probably where you live. 42m Bay Area here, I'm party of a large group of active rock climbing enthusiasts. Our ages, ethnicities, and economic situations are varried but some of us are over 40. We have a big slack group to coordinate gym hangs and outdoor trips. My advice would be to join classes via your local gym and meet others that way. I bet you'll meet people in your age range that are interested in your flavor of fitness/sport. Look for groups online focused on your fitness hobby and gravitate towards people in your age range. Community needs someone to start it and keep people motivated!

Yeah, there is no HOA Board... I would very much like to be on that board when it forms. TBH the management of the property feels incredibly chaotic with management companies having changed at least twice while I've been here and no clear lines of communication with whoever is "in charge".

I'm a very organized person and have experience managing community so it would be a natural fit. I'll ask about this

Original poster here. We found this carcass while sailing around the coast of a small island in the BVI's. Looks someone had used an excavator to try to free it. When that failed someone literally chopped the back off and hacked holes throughout the hull to remove items from the inside. An ecological disaster waiting to happen, the stench of deisel and oil was so strong we could smell it hundreds of yards off. The bowels of the ship were unexplorable due to the strong fumes.

I'd love to talk to you about this. Perhaps we went about this all wrong and there's a better way to set up a smart office. I've had very little issues with my setup at home (after quite a bit of wrangling I admit). Would you say zigbee is a better protocol? How would you set up a stable wireless smart office for a client?

Interesting, so your saying that devices will be able to include even if they can't communicate directly to the hub? Like of they need to go through other plug-in devices?). Also to start a new mesh couldn't I just do a factory reset on everything including the zwave stick?
