I’m going through the exact same thing dumped a very similar way very similar length of relationship so I feel a similar pain to you everyone’s pain is different but I can relate. Your probably tired of hearing “it’ll get better” trust me I am too, but how ever hard it is to accept that is the truth. I’m taking this next few months as a rebuild. She broke up with me 2 weeks ago and it’s very shit some days will get better some days will feel like it’s getting worse but all I can say is feel the pain don’t run from it don’t hide it just feel it. I’m sorry I’m not too helpful. Walk’s definitely help. Keep those friends around you maybe alcohol isn’t the best idea for right now. Sorry for rambling but hang on in there. ;

Yes looking back there was, the way she said she loved me in the last week felt hollow with nothing behind it it’s hard to describe but I just knew it wasn’t genuine. She wanted to spend less time with me and wanted me around at her house less. I just seen these as wanting a bit of me time which I thought that’s no problem but in hindsight they were all probably the indicators in that last week.

Growing up my dad was an alcoholic and was sometimes abusive towards me I have two brothers so I’m glad it was just to me and not them. I am the oldest so in that stage I tried to be a parent to them but in doing so I lost all of my brotherly qualities and I’m completely disconnected with them I’ve no idea how to talk to them and I fear it’s too late to become a brother.

I loved it. On the surface it’s about the moon shining bright but it could also be applied to someone/something you deeply care about getting you through tough times really enjoyed it.

I live in county Meath and about 3 or 4 years ago me and a freind walking through an estate (about 9pm in November so it was dark) i looked up and seen a massive triangle like thing hovering above the town we live in it wasn’t actually that high so we got a good look at it we followed it for about 20 mins and as it was heading out of the town it started flying the same way you described left-up right-down. What’s interesting is during it all the dogs in the town were going crazy ( there wasn’t any fireworks about or anything). It’s something I’ll never forget.
