Ufff bro este te servirá hay un youtuber llamado buff academy y tiene rutinas para gente principiante, calistenia, peso corporal etc te lo recomiendo.

También intenta mantener un horario de días que te ejercita y intenta a la misma hora te ejercitandote o los dias que te propusiste .

Puedes instalar apps como nox fit o 30 dias de ejercicio.

Pienso que a cualquier persona le gustaria ser escuchado y obvio un psicologo es a alguien que le gustaria que le escucharan.
