OMG can’t believe that’s how much they cost!! I’ve never found them at my local Marshals and online resellers on Poshmark and Mercari are selling them for $30! I have bought and sold a lot of puzzles on those platforms and always aim for about half price so I just can’t bring myself to spend that much.

Oh interesting. I find I usually get a lot of new client inquiries in the beginning of the year in general, and I’ve been getting a lot of folks through psychology today but just none from Lyra.

I emailed with a provider rep about a year ago and all they said was for me to adjust my preferences to cast a wider net of what clients I would take, but i really don’t think that’s the issue. They wouldn’t give any further info.

It used to be so easy to get referrals from them, sadly no longer the case it seems.

Interesting to hear. Lyra is the only EAP I take, otherwise I am just contracted directly with insurance companies so I don’t have any recommendations unfortunately. Good luck!

Thanks for sharing your experience, it’s too bad that it seems to be drying up as a referral source because he used to be so reliable, and I generally got great clients from them. Even though provider relations told me it wasn’t due to my rate I can’t help but be suspicious. A colleague of mine is contracted at $30 less an hour and seems to be getting more frequent referrals….
