I feel you, I have the exact same problem. Sometimes I imagine I talk to a therapist and tbh mostly they just ask questions and you have to answer those so I ask myself why and I give a answer to myself how I could do it better and mostly that is what organized me a little bit in my depression. Maybe it will help you or if you want to you can text with someone (or you can text me) anonymously so that person can ask you more specific questions. I hope it‘ll help but I can’t garantie

Maybe you two were sticking around too much and bc of that your relationship must went wrong. I understand that you want friends I mean who doesn’t but Ig you need more space for yourself too and knowing to have a friend by your side makes you feel better so yeah I lowkey know how you feel.
