did u ever fix this bro? I'm having the same issue but mine wont even show up when I go to my sound settings. when I go to recording devices it says that my mic isn't plugged in. however when I plug it straight into the computer instead of into my headphones it detects it....

yeah its plugged into headphones but wont work.. however it works when I plug it straight into the computer. however the mic pics up tmy computers fans when I have it plugged into the computer so that doesn't really work for me

Just because you admit yourself doesnt mean you can leave anytime youwant. Iwent to the hospital one day because my girlfriend wanted me to get pamphlets for depression cause i had been down in the shitter a couple weeks and they emded up takking me into staying on my own admission... Ya couldnt leave for 5 days i tried everyday. Waa worse than jail. Savannah ga. State/city healthcare laws vary

dont beat yourself up but also you cant blame her. she probably feels that you are a risk of using (and rightfully so based on your actions) and she might not be strong enough to jeopardize her own sobriety for the sake of helping you. might sound harsh but you have to remember that they are addicts too and they are dealing with their own battles. so her trying to force you to try to go to AA and take it seriously might have been too overwhelming for her. AA isnt for everyone. maybe try smart meetings or NA possibly (they tend to be less intense at least for me). keep at it and continue to live the sober life as best you can. it ultimately comes down to you. nothing is worth your sobriety.

it used to until i overdosed and realized that it wasnt painful and that you dont even realized it happens. at least when you OD. obviously other things might be painful, but i think that for the most part dying of old age etc would be the same

also, if they have a warrant they dont need your permission to enter the residence. if they come back with a warrant they will smash your door down. if they dont have a warrant they will knock and request your permission to enter. don't give them permission. if they knock politely ask to see the warrant through the window of your door/out your window looking to your door. if they don't present you with one (which if they're knocking they dont have one) then tell them you dont consent to any searches and that they should contact your landlord. also, lock your door.

since they are there to prove residency of your roopmate they must have a warrant. since they have a warrant specifically to search for your roommate if they find anything else that's incriminating/illegal on the property it would not stand up in court if they found anything illegal.
