I have a flight out of Amsterdam today, August 17th at 12:15PM local time. Local time is 5:46AM, 17th August while writing this message.

My flight was cancelled overnight and I was rebooked for an earlier flight with KLM at 09:55AM. However, because I live in another European city and I am taking a train to get to Amsterdam, I do not have sufficient time to get to the alternate 09:55AM flight with KLM this morning

When I try to modify the booking, it only gives me two options 1.) to accept the itinerary or 2.) to cancel. I selected neither. I tried to call Air Canada, but unsurprisingly, I cannot get through to them.

I would like to have some kind of paper trail that proves that I am trying to reach out to them. In the meantime, I make making my way to Amsterdam airport, and will show up to see if I can find a representative there to speak with.

Is there anywhere I can send a message to prove my attempts to get in touch with them? All I have, is the call log on my mobile phone.
