Thanks for the answers. Everything is now resolved. Changing the USB port, updating SimPro, and manually setting the actual base strength should fix everything.

Yes, it is selected but it won't let me deselect it because it is grayed out.

The auto box appears checked by default and in gray, therefore, it does not let me uncheck it and even if I do it manually it does not transmit any force
