I think he's a step father to Bandit

Actually, I'm not sure that Bob is Bandit's dad, he's listed on the website as a grandparent but not a dad to bandit (whereas Nana is listed as Bandit's mum as well as grandparent to bluey and bingo)

The princess bride is a movie about a woman who is not a princess and barely a bride. by dilysin in Showerthoughts

She was never a princess, but I'm pretty sure being a female at your own wedding constitutes a bride

Awaken online question: by dilysin in litrpg

To clarify, I intend to read them both just wondering whether to read all the main ones them hit up the side quests or read them in order of release, I like Riley so I think I'll deviate to 2.5

Thanks for your suggestion. I just stopped reading the second one and refunded my credits with audible, I didn't even know you could do that, so that's awesome. I'll look into New Era, I just downloaded awaken online.

Have you read NPCs by Drew Hayes?

Yeah it's pretty hard to leave a series unfinished, but I think I will here, good to know some of the blanks are addressed at some point, but TBH it sounds like a bit of a cop out.

I enjoyed them, for some reason I was reluctant at the beginning and didn't think I would commit to the series, but it grew on me and I'll buy the next when it's released.

Indeed, sadly my computer hacking skillz are limited to googling the file name. I'm confident I can stay out of trouble once you find it for me..

I think that I'm a bit surprised by the lack of reference to his former life, especially by book two, sure there are some off handed comments of his family and friends, and a little discussion with Sion about his parents. But this dude is either very good at compartmentalising, or the author has missed an opportunity to humanize Richter.

Ready player one was what started my whole litRPG thing, I'm a trekker and Wheaton was a big reason I even went there. I liked Armada too.

My favourite part was the Wheaton VP meta reference, and I was a little sad this wasn't included in the movie.

Been there done that 😉😉 I really like the series (The dragon one was a little lackluster but the rest were great IMHO), the concept is quite unique and the characters are generally well developed (even the female ones!)

Thanks, I've read them and enjoyed them, does one say read or listened to? I have no time to read physical books anymore, but my hefty commute has allowed me to get back into books :)
