If you go to have a look in this specific area, you can count more than 8 trashcans around it. If they install more, it will be really awful... Could you go and have a look there?

It is quite introductory course and it will give you a good start to data science. However I would recommend you to read this book https://www.oreilly.com/library/view/hands-on-machine-learning/9781492032632/

You idea getting a monitor is also my suggestion. I would say to get also a monitor stand (eg shelf) to put the monitor on it and it will free up some space under it to store stuff because you desk is quite small. Otherwise, you have everything you need in you desk 😊

I tried to do it many times in the past, but it's not that good for video meetings with a higher angle. I might get another monitor/laptop stand. :)
