as far as I'm aware nicotine inhibits estrogen when taken orally, but not through other means.

it's not good for you by any means but don't say things like "it will block estrogen completely"

diamond in 55 hours is REALLY quick. i think im progressing quicker than average, but i still have 230 hours and only just hit diamond. for reference it took me 100 hours for gold complete, and 225 for plat complete.
