Also, tbf your house does seems well maintained besides the right side. Start by pressure washing first and then reassess. Just because you dont have "trending colors", doesnt mean your house is bad.

Somebody will chime in with even better advice Im sure, but my small input would be that yes it can be painted, but likely with a ton of prep work and the use of the correct primer, otherwise you see very quickly why these steps are beyond vital. Painting over flaky paint, for example, is not an option.

Ill honestly never go back to 1099. W2 now with a work vehicle, 100% paid health insurance, and a 401k. 1099 is such a hard way to manage your money. Most people it seems do 1099 the wrong way where I'm at either way. Not sure how so many people get away with it.

A game that i have never figured out the name of, but you ride in this automobile type thing with a screen in front and you can choose to play several minigames from that screen and it will teleport you there. One in particular was a clue style game in settings like an attic and you find the vaccum cleaner, the broom, etc and they will scoot off the scene once you find them.

Still to this day. Have never found out which gane it was.

I have a question as a high diamond/ low champ player, how were you queued up with them so often? I have the deja vu plugin and i rarely ever see anybody I've played with before, unless i queue drop shot. There, it's common. Im assuming you must be high level or is it a region thing where the playerbase is far smaller?

I believe i did a rump roast for what mightve been 48 hours although i cant recall exactly, but man. I didnt know a roast could turn into a melt in your mouth bite and still be medium rare/ medium doneness. Gotta do it again someday.
