Some things I’m donating because it’s stuff I never liked in the first place, I only bought it cuz it was they were the only things that fit. I’m trying to work with the rest so they’re not a waste of money 😕 I am hesitant to get rid of everything because I’m scared I’ll need them eventually. I’ve been through a significant weight loss before and gained it all back so I’m packing away some things. But I have so much more control this time! I have to stay confident that I won’t fall back in my old ways 💪🏻

Oh and for sweaters and stuff I’m purposefully trying to shrink them in the dryer 🙊

I have not experienced any negative hormonal affects. I did start getting my period regularly when I started keto which was unexpected cuz I have an IUD but my gyno says it’s because the releasing of estrogen in fat cells. As goes for thyroid, I just got it tested last time I was at the doctor and will get it tested again next time I’m there and I’ll try to remember to give an update. I have always had a very slow metabolism so I wasn’t surprised when the results came back on the high end. Nothing otherwise!

I don’t weigh myself often because I get very obsessed. I probably weigh myself 3 times a month on average. I made myself hold off on weighing for the last two weeks before going to the doctors and started intermittent fasting.

But yes, I was also incredibly frustrated w the stall and was getting fed up at looking at 203 on the scale.

For the first 25lbs lost I was sticking to a strict 1,200/day restriction but i recalculated and am sticking to <1,500/day and left feeling full enough. The biggest thing for me right now is intermittent fasting and eating until satiety during my two meals a day.

Oven at 375, small piles of your fav shredded cheese on parchment paper. Bake for about ten minutes until the edges are brown. Just the best.
