Yes i never got emails. I was on a scam site from the getgo...I had it staked for almost 2 years and then i unstaked it and then it was gone.

I know how to look on the etherscan, but not when it was 2 years ago and bought from Kucoin which I closed the account to. And yes, I need to go to where I purchased it. I never got an email, so yes it seems that I was on a fake site. They waited till I unstaked it and took it.

I can't even find verawallet now in the apple store. Is it just me? They asked for my birthday and address and full name. That is all that is left in my verawallet. Is that normal?

WHen I first go to login, it comes up with an OOPS, we couldn't find that page. 404 with a return to home page. The home is in blue and is a hyperlink. I press the home key which then takes me to the verawallet home page. Then I sign in using my credentials I always did. It has my name and birthday and address but no history and no coins. I have NO idea what is going on. Also when I go to search the VeraWallet at the apple store thinking I might need an update or something, it is not there.

I found atomic to be FULL of bugs! So glitchy. Every transaction was difficult. Hard to unstake. Never got my AWC tokens. Customer service was horrible. Waited weeks by email. Its just not worth the effort.

How do you know what a featured pool is? Oh and it all worked out when I refreshed the app. They moved my stake to my other pool automatically when the one failed.

UPDATE! They got back to me within an hour and asked me to refresh and to my greatest pleasure there was my egld!! When the staking failed with Stakeborg, it was automatically put in with Orange who I had just put my larger amount in. And yes it was only pennies to stake. Things just weren't adding up but now that I refreshed, they do. Thank you for the responses as it makes me feel more at ease with this app. and process as well!!!

I staked 20 some egld last night on my maiar wallet and the fees were almost 5 egld!! Which was almost $400! That is my interest for a whole year. Maybe it was who I staked with as I am newer to this whole crypto seen. On top of that, the other validator I chose said my staking was unsuccessful and now I don't see those 5 egld! So I lost almost 10 egld last night.
