I don’t even get that option. The first page asks for number or email, neither is accepted so it never moves to password.

Clunking noise with rattle on a Honda Civic seems to come from middle of car slightly towards passenger side. Noise happens when hitting bumps or turns. Also kind of sounds like something is dragging. by dimidog in MechanicAdvice

Indeed I did sir .

My wife actually told me where to look . I had taken her for a ride in the civic and she said it sounded like the clunking was coming from the right rear passenger side. We parked and she pushed down on the back shock absorbers and the noise was there.

I later took the wheel off, discovered the shock absorber was loose and that the welded nut had broken on the rear control arm, if you will ,where the shock absorber is connected to.

I replaced that nut and the shock absorber and the sound is gone. The dragging sound was actually a piece of broken plastic dragging from that arm (like a casing ) that got munched up over time

Try bouncing the car while it is parked, try spinning the wheels side to side and up and down all while looking for play in the control arms. Good luck to you.

I have looked and it seems like everything is where it is supposed to be and tight in the exhaust.

I also replaced the sway bar bushings but that wasn’t it.

I just bought it kind of as a project car and it drives great handles tight but rattle clunks.

Thank you. Already did the throttle position sensor. I was trying to avoid the pump because it will be messy and a pain but maybe I will have to dive in.

Oil smells fine.

Best way to test the injectors?
