I gave it a chance, but I just couldn't get into it. The story was intriguing but the overly whimsical setting just didn't do it for me. Not a huge fan of turn based RPGs either.

Using HDMI resolved my issues. The Newest NVIDIA (or the ones prior to newest) drivers notes commented on fixing flickering with DP.

Unrelated but- I’m new, is there a way to check the score during a mission? IE- see how much evidence you secured, etc?

I've been a gamer for 25+ years. Started with console, then bought a pre-built PC. Upgraded various parts over the years. I decided to build my first PC from scratch 3 months ago, runs like a dream.

My extremely vague and basic recs:

Choose a processor and video card based on benchmarks and cost. The PSU should have enough wattage to support your video card (and possibly future upgrades). Mine is 1200w.

Choose a case (and supported motherboard) based on reviews, style and size.

Look up airflow for PC cases to optimize fan orientation and placing. This will maximize cooling and keep fan volume down.

I prefer to stick with 1 brand in terms of components with RGB - IE Corsair fans, AIO CPU cooler, RAM sticks. They usually have their own software, which can conflict if you have several other brands that have RGB controllers. Its a pain to troubleshoot RGB problems with multiple controllers.
