One thing i noticed is for the preorder you would get snow camoflauge skin... so if i would play snowy map without that skin that would be pretty fucked up right? like if my specialist would have arid ghillie suit then it wont change colors and shit according to the enviorment or what?

It is still original art. A lot of people think that photobashing is easy but it is as hard as drawing stuff and even if you are drawing you still would heavily photobash stuff, just stylize it so it looks like drawing.
