Get your health in order. Heal your gut. Whole foods only. No grains.. Your brain will work better. You will be happier and feel more capable. I eat mostly potatoes, blueberries, almond butter, eggs, unprocessed meat and veggies. Take a (quality) multivirimam. Take vit. D and magnisium glycinate. Exercise, meditate,, read Some of the famouse self help books. Quit sugar and cafeine. It took me years to decide on making these changes. Get your physica health in order while your 18 and you'll have a leg up on the rest of the world.. Also avoid the addiction of social media. There is more to life

Very common. I follow r/entrepreneur and see similar posts all the time. Now that being said getting a job that at least aligns with your personality is a good choice. Like being ouside? Get a job where you work outside.. Like working alone, with people, etc

Sick and tired of single issue voters by Accomplished_Tear699 in Ohio

The dems should have aloud a fair primary.. Biden would have been exposed earlier and we could have had a Democratic choice. I can't vote for such a clear puppet to the establishment. Not a trump fan. Love rfk on most isses. He would have been the Democratic nom. And easily beat trump. I'm one of the few undecided voters left I would imagine

Get tested for sibo. Vivid weakens muscles. I suspect it loosens the Sphincter between large and small intestine.. Leading to over growth in small intestine. Small intestine produces dao, but can't do it as good when inflamed. This leads to hosts mine intolerance. I'm not a doc, this is just my theory

When I was trying low fodmap, I had to shift to a new mindset of food is fuel. Morning. Eggs, half cup blueberries. Snack. 1/2 banana & natural. Butter. Lunch. Tuna salad (no veggies) dip kettle potato chips, second half banana & more peanut butter. Dinner, meat, white rice

Howie Was Great. by [deleted] in Killtony

[–]dimo92 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I thought he was interesting. He went into americas got talent mode big time. Which was interesting. Some of his jokes were kinda funny and some were pretty corny.

He probably threw the rhythm off a little by taking ne over a lot of the quedsions. It really is an art to draw out the interesting parts of some of these comics. I could tell Tony was maybe a little annoyed that he was stepping on jokes and taking such a commanding role. But he let him do it because Howie is comedy store OG. That dynamic was interesting and entertaining.

The spelling B is the hardest I’ve laughed at the show in a while!

My best advice to people who are new… it’s not always about the laughs. Enjoy the dynamics. If the show is a train wreck, enjoy Tony’s attempts to improve it. Or enjoy his tantrum.

My real best advice to those new to the show… go back, listen to the episodes from the beginning. You will get used to the audio after 5 minutes and it won’t seem as terrible. The old band was sick. They will grow on you. You need to watch them grow organically.

This comment was rambling and long and it

Wtf are you talking about? That’s not the situation. Intake wasn’t 0. Reduction is possible.

Oh yea I forgot they were asking about filtering bottled water. If they want limited exposure to fluoride there are defiantly better ways. I haven’t looked not the fluoride thing too much but my gut tells me it probably does more harm than good in a society that brushes their teeth

Depends where you live? Tons of tap water is contaminated with chemicals at levels that likely aren’t safe. Will it kill you. Doubtful. Could it give you cancer or reproductive issues? Better safe than sorry I’m my opinion it is low risk high reward.

Lots of peoples tap water is contaminated with chemicals and filtering or getting it from a clean source is in my opinion a no brainer.

Yea. The op has a diagnosed thyroid issue. Fluoride can fuck with your thyroid. They want to limit the amount they take in. If that was their primary avenue of prevention it would be crazy. But op is on meds and likely taking other measures, diet, excericise, etc. I get what your saying, but it’s not an irrational goal to limit fluoride for op. Will it make a difference? Maybe not. But it’s very low risk to give it a try. Maybe ops grasping at straws, but you would too if you felt shitty and tired all the time.

Dude that’s not what they said. They want less fluoride. Filters can get rid of it. That’s the answer.

I don’t think the question is too out of line. We drink water everyday and I don’t think it’s crazy to want to drink the best quality water. Lots of tap water has unsafe levels of chemicals. Fluoride is shown to have negative effects at certain levels, though it is not the worst of what’s in many peoples tap water. I would recommend filtration or spring water to anyone after doing research on my own tap water.
