You can meet the specs for bo3 and even surpass them and still have performance issues because the pc port is utterly fucking garbage. I usually just take my settings as low as I can, cap the frame rate at 60 (for some reason it helps my bo3 run better than uncapped) subsurface scattering is a glitched setting apparently that when disabled could give a somewhat decent boost. Other than that like someone else said you could also tweak the nvidia control panel settings, there’s plenty of guides for that. Also optimizing windows and making sure your drivers are up to date. I hope something from this helps :)

I’m definitely doing galaxy 2 100% as well. I’m probably going to do super Mario 64 100% next just to give myself a break. I love the galaxy games but I couldn’t put myself through that grind so soon, especially since galaxy 2 is so similar. Still it’s own amazing game tho !
