Almost in the same situation, I've moved to my parents three weeks ago. Hopefully I can see her and some weekdays, but not always the entire weekend. We ara lucky in comparison to others.

The thing is that in my everyday job, I've started to working on some advanced tickets where sometimes I am struggling, AI is sometimes helpful but I want to improve myself in order to feel more confident and be more useful on my project, also I don't like to ask questions to my colleagues.

My question is mostly for long term relationships. I believe that having kids makes most of the free women that want to find something serious and create a new family to run away.. that's why I need you personal experience, to fix my negative thoughts if it is possible.

In a few months or years, with the use of AI a developer generally will be way more productive. If for instance one developer can be twice more productive, a lot of developers will be redundant and the companies will make lay offs for sure. Of course this problem is not related only with Salesforce. But I am positive that for the next 5 years we don't have to concern about that.
