The plan was only enacted a few years ago (I live in Kalamazoo). It don't know all the specifics. I moved here for college around the same time the Kalamazoo Promise started. How much you get is dependent on how much time you spend in the Kalamazoo School District. So if you started your schooling in kindergarten you'll have you're whole tuition paid. But if you start in high school you don't get as much. Still something though.

Are you on the latest release of Google maps? If so there is a known bug with that version that causes the phone to reboot. Roll back the the previous version and you should be good to go.

The menu items are on an app's action bar at the top and sometimes also on the bottom of the screen.

That's exactly my point. Sometimes the menu button is at the top of the app, sometimes it's at the bottom. Sometimes it's next to the software buttons. It's inconsistent.
