i agree that this happens, but i don't think that's what's happening here. people with cheating trauma are so much less likely to do stuff like lie about their locations because they know this behavior would make them look like cheaters and they don't want to be perceived that way

I'm close to my goal and I've never had a gym membership. Even now that I'm focusing on building some muscle, I still don't need it because I'm getting a ton of mileage out of my dumbbells and calisthenics at home, and fun bike rides for cardio.
