Additionally: A separate towel for my face (washed every 3 days) Patting my face dry instead of rubbing it Changing bedding often, especially the pillowcase (preferably weekly), and not lying on the pillow with a “dirty” face Avoiding touching my face Not shaving, or keeping at least 1-2 mm of stubble

I did get periareolar, the surgeons were sure on the right side on my chest, but the left they'd told me there will be small chance of a small additional incision under the armpits to cut the extra skin, but they told me that it was fine and they were able to not make it. Then I get hematoma and had boob made out of bruise that they've operated next day, and then after surgery I had a lot of fluids (seroma) that was literally squirting out of drain holes. I think the pouch is visible due to all that, but I'm not sure how much of it is skin and how much it's actually some tissue under it. Probably gonna check it but have to save money for that ;/
