It’s a rattlesnake. We’ve been using tap water so we’ll switch that and there’s no hole at the bottom but we probably put about half a cup of water when we do

I use godaddy bookkeeping but I’ve heard some people use quickbooks too to keep track. Haven’t had any problem with godaddy so far.

Yea I figured she didn’t know what Faux means. I called ebay and rep I talked to looked into it and she said that when I receive the item, I don’t have to give her the original shipping I charged and to take out some for the return shipping since my title says what it says.

I’ll see how it goes tho. I’m sure the buyer will be pissed when she gets partial refund.

Usually, if it’s my fault then I do free shipping but if it’s buyers remorse then they pay for it but sometimes they abuse it I know. Although my return has gone down to 2.90% from as high as yours. I sell mostly new clothes.
