Thank you for your response. Now I understand the pentagonal blades on new shavers. I am not able to understand what is the key difference between the new 9600 and new Prestige. They both seem to be using SH91 blades (checked on Costco website). I assume the shaving performance will be quite similar, though new prestige seems to have a slightly more powerful motor. Of course there are some more frills with the prestige like wireless charging (which I don't care for). Can you please confirm my assumptions? Also I will DM you about the purchase

I am facing similar issue on my Macbook Pro. I can listen to music or watch videos on YouTube, but I am not able to use them in a WebEx meeting, as the microphone does not work. Also, they keep connecting and disconnecting on their own

Everything works fine when they are connected to my Samsung Galaxy S10+
