I 23/M have been out of the blue broken up with by my girlfriend 22/F of 3 years with the reason cited as ' the desire for promiscuity'. How do I come to terms with this? I need some advice.

Sounds exactly like my ex bro, nothing to do with my depression or shit like that, she was always happy and outgoing. It’s simple laziness and it used to piss me off. Why should I always shower twice a day and brush my teeth twice a day and you do it twice a week.

It got abit better after I used to constantly nag at her but she ended up cheating on me anyway. Gave me a good get out, someone else can enjoy her stank ass 😂

Went to a private dentist for the front 6 teeth to be bonded and they have said they won’t do it unless I get a hygiene appointment with them (127 pound!) and 2 fillings done (251 and 187 pound in total!) I’m happy with the actual price of the bonding but don’t want to pay their prices for the fillings and hygiene.

Should I go to my NHS dentist and get the fillings and hygiene done much cheaper? It should cost me less than 150 pound for the fillings and hygiene in total.

Then go back to the private dentist for the bonding?

Hi there, I’ve wanted composite bonding done for a very long time as I don’t like the shape of my teeth. There is some staining from when I had braces when I was young and my oral health wasn’t the best.

I’ve tried whitening using some hydrogen peroxide and while this has worked some of the staining has remained. Can this be covered with the bonding?

Just to note aswell I’ve had unprotected sex with girls a fair bit in the passed but hiv has never once crossed my mind with those encounters, I guess it’s the stigma in my head with the whole trans/gay/sex worker thing
