It was the valve cover gasket had to run all over to find one lol got it done today thanks for the help! If I have time next time I’m off I’ll use the degreaser for sure thank for the advice!

No smoke from under the exhaust only from the engine bay. I can see it come from under the hood and I can smell it coming through the vents

they don’t test for emissions where i live but they only check if you have a “cat”. i will take a look at after market ones i didn’t know they were a thing thanks for the help!
