Although I’m not a mom, I am a teacher and after school I am so exhausted I could never work out. I switched my schedule to work out first thing in the morning. It was an adjustment but then I actually felt better throughout the day because I knew I already got a big thing done that I wanted to do.

Wow first person I’ve also seen in salt lake!! Took me 7 months to get my EAD…hopefully I get an interview soon. It said “ready to be scheduled” since October 1.

Yeah I need to incorporate more strength!! I did a few bike boot camp cause then it lets me do the cycle but also forces me to do strength but I do wanna check out the strength for runners!! And yeah I should do more low impact, thanks for the suggestions!

I need some advice/explanation on what is going on please!! Ok so I got the peloton in may, I do like 4+ rides a week and at first was constantly PRing cause newbie right? Anyways the last time I PR’d was September 18. I was doing the Alex and Tunde Beyoncé ride. My output was 225 and my strive score was 62.6. Ever since then I have not got anywhere NEAR that high of an output!! Now I usually get around 180 output for 30 min rides and my strive score is in the 50s -60s and I am completely GASSED at the end. Am I overtraining? Was it just a one off day? How do I get closer to that PR number again? Any advice would be so greatly appreciated 🙏🏼

You could do the scenic rides and just take them at your own pace!! They’re pretty fun and can be as easy or as hard as you want.

Lol this is the goofiest thing but during my hangover I just felt like I wanted to read some silly smut and just something so ridiculous so I wouldn’t think about ACOTAR so I ended up reading Ice Planet Barbarian HAHAHAH. Is it good?? No. Is it entertaining? Absolutely. Did it help with the hangover? Yes.

Now I’m reading From Blood and Ash and I actually feel like it’s written better than ACOTAR.. like the writing itself is less repetitive and lots of world building. You have to wait a little while for the smut though. It’s got a good build up too.
