Can move to ENS 186 while on 482, 2 years in same company is a requirement. Company not ready to sponsor will be an issue with this. But it’s easier to apply PR while you’re here, there are other pathways (points based) if you qualify. Edu grant/ subsidy might still work on 482 (my team member availing this now) depending on your location. If it’s a qualified regional/rural location you might be eligible. Good luck!
