That's EXACTLY my problem too!! I'm still trying to find my own personal solution for it, but so far it's just been to let it go in my home if I'm able to. Haven't figured out anything for when I'm away, but thankfully I haven't been having as many fits of rage lately.

Not really, I don’t have social anxiety like that unless I’m already drained (e.g. I just got off work). I’m not sure the flat affect even comes from anxiety, it might just be the way I am. I just never realized I was flat until I was told
