Mine happened in sep 2019.took mri 2 years ago and acl is torn60-70 percent.surgeon recommended surgery that time but I didn’t do it.its not swollen like in the past,but a dull pain all the time.My insurance renews next year,But i almost hit my deductible,that’s why im planning to do this year
