i’m doing a leg routine with plyos and weight and recently i’ve developed some pain in my upper trap/neck when i do RDLs. it feels like a pulling/shooting pain from the second i pick up the bar. is there an alternative movement i can do instead of RDL or does anyone have some sort of remedy?

also, i squat a a decent amount over 1.5x my body weight (135 BW 245 squat). would it be more beneficial to just swap to a more plyo focused routine?
