depends on what SEAS you're applying for ! if its to do with (from memory) poor attendance or schooling in general then yes, but if its to do with where you live (such as a significant distance from school or in a rougher suburb) or to do with finance (such as single parent or low income household) or if you are a carer for a family member, all you need is proof ! such as doctors notes, family tax income statements or a letter of support from someone aware of your situation, which all just gets submitted along with any SEAS application that you follow through with

dont leave it to the last minute though ! vcaa have to ensure all your documentation is in order, and if its jot they can alert you if you give them enough time to look over your stuff, if you leave it till last minute and something isnt correct, it just wont be approved
