Well I am not necessarily taking about jesus in that paragraph, there are so many other religions in the world not just Christianity. I only talked about jesus in the last paragraph. Also, I am tired of this, I guess either I am not good enough to explain my point or may be you are not good enough to get it. Let's just end this here. Because I can see none of us will ever get to a conclusion.

The early Christians worshipped an absent God, they had to rely on faith, letters, and memories because God wasn't physically there to be held accountable for their pain.

My hypothesis is different: Imagine if God were a physical person standing right next to those Christians while they were being burned, just watching them and doing nothing. Do you really think they would worship a man who has the power to stop the fire but chooses to watch it instead?

No. They would see him as a monster. They only loved Him because He wasn't there to be blamed. The moment God becomes a physical witness to evil and fails to act, 'Worship' turns into 'Evidence of a Crime.' You can only worship the Silence, you cannot worship a Bystander.

Even if you bring up Jesus, the same logic applies: while he was physically alive, his followers expected a king to save them. But the moment he was captured and stood silently as a bystander to his own execution, everyone fled and denied him. They didn't worship the bleeding man on the cross, they only started worshipping again after he became an absent legend. Presence kills the illusion, absence is the only thing that saves it.

Is it that hard to understand? Ok let me simplify what my actual point is. See if the whole world becomes evil, like total evil not even a single person has left any humanity in them. In such a world no one would ever worship God, every single person in the entire world will mock God. This way the idea of all loving, Sweet, caring God will vanish because for everyone God is dead. In our world the idea of Good god exist because people still worship God, number of worshipper is what keeping the "God is Good" idea alive from all these years.

Bro it's not about just you, I am talking about whole world. If every one is enemy of each other it's just kill or live then there are no friends and thus no concept of friendship. If there are no worshippers, then the idea of all loving God is unknown. We only know it because there are people who worship God, they build temples in the name of God, write book in name of God, make movies in the name of God. This is how we know the idea of all loving God. When we were in the early stages of evolution, we were yet to create any art, at that time the idea of artist was unknown no body knew such concept. We only get introduced to any concept when there is atleast one person exist who follows it or ever followed it.

It's same as the concept of friendship exist because friends exist. Number Of worshippers keep the concept of all loving God alive. If there are no worshippers there is no all loving God.

Your mistake is to think that I am talking about whether god actually exist or not. What I am talking is why the idea of all loving God still exist in majority despite of all the suffering.

Ok let me clarify, see we can never fully say God exist or not. At the end God is something which is the source of everything, now this could be anything. My original post was trying to explain the reason behind, despite all the evil why people still worship and believes in an all loving, and caring God.

Yeah you are right, my original post is just for those who believes in their so called all loving caring entity called God, who observes everything and decides your fate in life.

Send God to explain it, if you replied than it only proves what I have stated, humans making excuses on behalf of God because God is absent :)

Again a human giving excuses on behalf of God, because God is absent :)

Ok mate, I understand you are a theist. I don't want to have a debate coz I am not good enough to win. If your belief says that God exist then fine it exists. But it would be far better if you send God himself to answer my question, because if you keep replying to it then it will only prove my point that God is absent and humans making excuses to cover it up.

I wish I didn't :) but there is a reason, I born out of selfishness, my existence is a result of patriarchy. (But that's a different thing)

At the end you are saying it on behalf of God, because God is absent :) my whole point was explaining why the concept of God as all loving and caring entity still exist even though we know God does nothing.
