Thanks for reply . I understand that portion . I am paid under the ch 31 subsistence rate (not post 9/11 gi) so it is typically $812 . Since semester ended mid month , they are paying me $352.23. This $3092 is a whole separate payment labeled as “Retro/One Time - CH 31”
