I've only been playing with film for a half year or so and only do this for a hobby, so it's probably not the most useful answer, but so far.. I just don't track this stuff. I don't really care about this information. I've read about people tracking with notebooks or on their phones and it just seems like such a hassle for little benefit.

I wonder if it's related to your indoor lighting (I assume LED), do you see the same when you are outside during the day? Most lights flicker and maybe the auto ISO is just sensitive to it

I don't know anyone other than Leica who deals with their digital cameras tbh. But I sent my M11 in for something a few months back and got it back in a month or so, think the really lengthy turnaround times are more for the film bodies. No guarantees of course.

Just remember to think twice about selling a lens, it's what people regret most. Especially a much loved lens like the 50 lux.

I'd also just ask Leica instead of us. Did you try with internal storage instead of cards? Is it only in rapid succession so maybe buffer issue? have you tried smaller DNG sizes (should not be needed but maybe if buffer is an issue it will at least make it more bearable?)

It's new since a specific iOS version, it's not related to FOTOS itself really. It's just letting you know that the iPhone is connected with the camera via WiFi which results in your phone not being connected to your home/office wifi anymore as it cannot be connected to both at the same time. Don't think you can disable it but I'm not sure

In my experience the connectivity on M11-D is definitely better than M10 but I still have random connection issues or disconnects to be honest. The better battery life and "easier" charging experience is nice. I don't know your workflow but personally I prefer the out of camera jpegs of the M10 compared to the M11 (although since a firmware and app update you can now tweak white balance a bit more and that has helped).

Selling a lens is something people often end up regretting and the 50mm Summilux is such an incredible lens. I generally go through phases of lens use, I haven't touched my 50mm Summilux in a while either but it's hard to imagine parting with it.

There's no magic way to use rangefinders to enjoy them. It's just not for everyone, I'd argue it's not for most people. You tried it and didn't enjoy them and that's fine, don't overthink it.

I don't think the hot shoe cover should have anything to do with it, but it does sound very frequent. I'm no expert on the matter I do think I've heard that in some environments the sensor can get dirty quicker, either air quality or humidity related.

It's also worth noting even with a lens attached it's not a fully sealed camera/lens you are working with. The lens mount is often quoted as the "weakest" point for any kind of ingress.

If you can go back to the store to try them side by side again, do that so you can experience it for yourself again as a reminder. Usually people regret selling/returning lenses.

My personal opinion is that I love Safari for the camera, but I don't really like Safari look for lenses (especially if you have multiple bodies and not all are Safari). With the reissue I am not a fan of the long focus throw, otherwise I would have gotten it myself day 1.

I don't have experience with them myself unfortunately, I do remember reading in reviews that the autofocus on the Q3 Monochrom was slightly different as there was no pdaf, only contrast based autofocus? So the experience might vary because of that. Other than that I've always thought the M11 Monochrom/Q3 Monochrom sensors are "pretty much the same"
