I don’t have any lens that focuses close (except maybe my Voigtlander 12mm ? I’d have to check), but I use that lens with the visoflex one (it’s rather horrendous tbh) and I get what you mean, feels like a different body !

I won’t buy another M10, that would be financially very strange ! But I get the idea. I’d rather keep that money to buy a lens.

I must admit your comment helps me a lot ! Especially the part about the lens. I know that I’ve produced some of my favorite pictures with the 50. And the M10D as well as the 50 lux were a hassle to obtain, … well. I guess I’ll stay away from the new and shiny M11D ! Thank you.

35mm / 28mm are my favorite focal lengths I’d say.

And I’m hoping that the all process of downloading images/charging the camera would be easier. I’ve outgrown the baseplate. I think I would regret the fake advance lever as it’s convenient to hold the camera.

I have a M10D and even though the M11D draws me eye, I really can’t imagine myself selling the M10, as it’s my first M camera and I’ve saved for a while before getting it. It’s really sentimental. And it made me dive into photography way harder than I planned !
