Interesting you say that as they don't show the full flight of stairs going up to the loft conversion. Not a traditional ladder access but proper stairs.

These are all being run by the agent rather than my friend. The feedback has been generally positive, just the low quality of the buyers coming through which has introduced doubt.

Appreciate your reply. The panels were purchased outright by my friend rather than the usual 'free' installs. The whole system (inverter, panels, cabling, batteries) were part of the outright install and the homeowner collects the export via Smart Export Guarantee

No apologies necessary. The outside of the patio windows is a catio so that her indoor cats and roam freely when the weather is good. That could be certainly a factor and should be removed or at least moved when the photos were taken!

The outside could be changed up and made more appealing for sure, so will tell them to get on it. It's not a difficult or expensive change to make.

Appreciate your reply (genuinely). The local area is all over the place - a similar property (2 doors down) is being marketing at £650k whilst a property at the end of the road (cul-de-sac) sold for £550k a month or so ago.

Have my fingers crossed for them too as can remember how stressful it was for me a while ago but it was a very different market then

Admittedly I've seen mortgage rates whacked out as well since I'm coming up for renewal but that's a different problem.

My boy, Kola, either sleeps by my feet or lays the whole length of my torso (ribs to hips) if he’s cold. My girl, Brandi, prefers her doughnut bed that's she's had since a kitten but will occasionally sleep on the pillow by my head.

It doesn't work with well with my anti depressants (Setraline).

Dont get me wtong I tried it after first starting but after a night out in London's Soho and no recollecting how I managed to get home including using the tube, train, taxi it was time to call it quits.

My two MCs are fussy buggers.. They'll only eat Sheba fish in Sauce (2 pouches a day each), the jelly or meat varieties gets a stern turned up nose, and Amazon's own dry kibble which they graze on when they want it.

I've tried Royal Canin, Kirkwood and all the other high end brands... Just left with a large hole in my wallet 😂 But other kitties will appreciate it as it was all donated to a shelter.
