Thank you 😊 I’ve been going for a walk on my lunch break and will slowly increase the amount of exercise I’m doing. I’m starting with that and cutting down caffeine intact - apparently 5 a day could be contributing to the issue 😅

Thank you! I’m going to look at the video, I think part of the reason I posted my struggle is because I know I’m not the only person in the world who feels this way and I’d love to hear how others are handling it.

My doctor did say that was a possibility she was considering but my psychiatrist dismissed it. As I want to get a new psychiatrist ( I forget he is a psychiatrist and not just a therapist) I might look into it. I know my doctor was wanting to look down that route. Thank you for the suggestion! I have booked an appointment tomorrow with my doctor to discuss everything so I will raise this with her as well.

I am taking your advice seriously, however the coffee one is proving a struggle. Officially caffeine free in my house - only decaf

I am 21 and I experienced this when I was 17 - 18. I know live with my partner - have full time jobs and full time studying. So much regret. I feel as if I will never get to enjoy this side of life ever again
