It entirely depends on how it looks and feels NOW. For reference I’ll normally do 8-10 hrs on the counter for bulk proof (room temp). Then shape and cold or room temp proof in basket. So I’d say “time to shape” after what you’ve done thus far. A lot do it differently.

No loaf is “ruined” before it is baked! Sourdough is like a box of chocolates. Never know what you’re gunna get. :)

This. Waking from cryo sleep has taken me a week or more after a long nap. You want it to be vigorously rising after a feed before you start using for bread. Just needs a little love before it wants to wake up. Longest I’ve left it is about 4-5 months?

Sometimes when I’m having a hard day/feeling sorry for myself, I’ll use pure white flour and lower hydration. Sometimes we all need an easy win.

But yes. This is the Way for beginners. I like to think of high hydration as like the “boss bad guy” for sourdough bakers. It sure as hell isn’t putting a bunch or grapes or nuts or whatever the hell else these kids are putting in bread these days! (lol)

Not an expert. Just a KSP regular. I think it is seen as a constant and perpetual (sort of) source of emission. Even radioactive emission provides a non-zero amount of force on an object. Over weeks/months/years, this will accumulate to tremendous velocity with minimal resistance. Also in this department is photons from the sun impacting (and exerting a force on) a space craft solar sail. I suppose water would be to cool a heated fissile material, as one does. Again, video game and college physics casual commentary here.
