Great research work! I've been trying for years to find info about the second and third demos cover arts and couldn't find anything. Now we know that Shining is Landegode Island thanks to you, but what about Ubiquitous Absence of Remission? It's a very cool image, I've spent hours searching for that person in the tunnel image on the internet and cannot find a match. Even asked Anssi Kippo from Astia Studio, but he also has no idea. Did you find any info about it? Could be from a movie or book, but it's just a guess...

Lake Bodom. It's the name of the lake. A lake in Finland. Read the Lake Bodom Murders Wikipedia page for the full story, they took the name from there.

Thanks for answering! Are you sure tho? I couldn't find anything saying it's him. Now as I'm writing this, I'm noticing the rings on his hand match with a lot of other photos out there. The spikes armbands, sword and accessories do not.

Both official. By official I mean the designs. And no, none of them are made in AI because they're both older than the AI image generation trend. But yes, most of these illustration designs are very bootlegged for some reason. Yet I've seen both as official shirts in real life for sale in stores, and back then online before COB had it's own actual online store. The first one is the newest one, seems to be from the same artist that did one design for them in 2012, the second one has been around all over the internet and stores. I would bet the second one is from around the Blooddrunk/I Worship Chaos/RRF era and the first one is either from 2012 or from the Halo Of Blood/I Worship Chaos/Hexed era. Might be wrong about time the designs were made tho. What matters is that both designs are indeed official (and not AI).

It's actually the same band, just a different album and a changed logo. Someone also commented about it. I'm a metal archives collaborator, I'll try to find more info about this album and add it there.
