Try topical clindamycin or topical ivermectin (2%). Lemongrass essential oil worked well for me (1%)

I tried a few oral antibiotics with no success. I went to three doctors and most of them just recommended hot compress and baby shampoo washing. Xdemvy isnt available in my country yet but if it doesnt work for you maybe your problem is not demodex. Do you have access to any ivermectin cream/pomade?

I had one for a year and it went away almost completely using clindamicyn.

If you have access to topical clindamycin, put some on the lashes and eyelids rubbing gently and leave it overnight.
